If our electrolytes are not right for you, just email us at info@mineral-republic.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund.

No Returns Required

You do not need to send the product back to receive your refund. We encourage you to share it with friends, family, or anyone who may benefit from extra electrolytes.

Optional Returns

If you would prefer to return your product, we can provide you with a prepaid return label upon request. Please note that returning the product is not necessary in order to receive a refund.

Exchanges

If your tub arrives damaged, defective, or with any issue, we are happy to offer a free exchange. Simply contact us at info@mineral-republic.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost.

Eligibility

Refunds and exchanges are available for all purchases made directly through our online store. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return or exchange policy.

Processing Time
