Ingredients & nutrition
Everything in the tub, in plain sight.
| Per 7 g scoop | Amount | % NRV |
|---|---|---|
| Potassium (citrate) | 1,000mg | 50% |
| Magnesium (citrate) | 120mg | 32% |
| Calcium (citrate) | 120mg | 15% |
| Chloride (Himalayan salt) | 118mg | – |
| Sodium (Himalayan salt) | 76mg | – |
| Trace mineral complex | 6mg | – |
Ingredients
Potassium citrate, acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid anhydrous), calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, natural flavouring, pink Himalayan salt, lemon fruit juice powder (Citrus limonum), trace mineral complex, sweetener (sucralose).
What makes up a 7 g scoop?
The figures above are the elemental minerals. In the tub they are bound to citrate (or, for sodium and chloride, come from Himalayan salt), and those mineral compounds weigh several times more than the mineral itself, so they make up most of each scoop. The rest is malic and citric acid for the tang, lemon juice powder and natural flavouring, plus a very small amount of sucralose.
About our sweetener
We use sucralose, and we chose it deliberately. 1,000 mg of potassium tastes strongly of minerals on its own, and we wanted a high-mineral drink that actually tastes good. Of the sweeteners we tried, sucralose had the least impact on the flavour, so only a small amount is needed. It was a conscious choice, and we'd rather tell you plainly.
Keep it dry
Mineral citrates naturally attract moisture, so the powder can clump once the tub is open. Close the lid tightly after every use, store it in a cool, dry cupboard (not the fridge or next to the kettle) and always use a dry scoop. The small sachet in the tub is a desiccant that absorbs moisture: leave it in, but don't eat it. Small clumps break up easily with a dry spoon and dissolve as normal. If your powder has set hard, email us and we'll make it right.
Good to know
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake shown on the tub. Seek medical advice before use if you have kidney problems, have been told to limit potassium or sodium, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of young children.
How to mix it
Water first
Pour about 500 ml of cold or room-temperature water into a bottle or shaker.
One level scoop
Add one level 7 g scoop, using a dry scoop so the rest of the tub stays dry.
Shake 20–30 seconds
A shaker works best. Cold water dissolves a little more slowly, so give it a final swirl before drinking.
Make it yours
Too tangy or too sweet? Add more water. Enjoy it in the morning, around training, on hot days or during a fast.

Questions and answers
Why do you use sucralose?
It's a deliberate choice. A drink with 1,000 mg of potassium per serving tastes strongly of minerals, and we wanted something with high mineral content that doesn't taste bad. Of the sweeteners we tested, sucralose had the least impact on the flavour, so a very small amount is enough. We list it clearly on the label and here, because we think you should know exactly what you're drinking.
It tastes too sweet or too sour for me. What can I do?
Taste is personal, and customers tell us both. The easiest fix is more water: try 600–750 ml per scoop. Very cold water also softens the tang.
Is it suitable for keto, low-carb or fasting?
It contains no sugar and is vegan, and many of our customers use it on keto, low-carb and intermittent-fasting routines, especially in the first weeks of a low-carb diet. Whether a sweetened drink fits your fast depends on the approach you follow.
How much sodium does it contain?
76 mg per scoop, from pink Himalayan salt. Our formula is potassium-led for everyday use. If you sweat heavily during long or hot sessions you may want extra sodium, for example a pinch of salt in your bottle or a higher-sodium product alongside.
My powder has clumped. Is it still OK?
Yes. Mineral citrates attract moisture, so some clumping after opening is normal. Break it up with a dry spoon and it dissolves as usual. To prevent it, close the lid tightly, keep the tub somewhere cool and dry, always use a dry scoop and leave the desiccant sachet in the tub (it absorbs moisture, don't eat it). If it has set solid, email us and we'll sort it out.
What is the little sachet inside the tub?
It's a desiccant that soaks up moisture to help keep the powder loose. Leave it in the tub, but don't eat it or add it to your drink.
When should I drink it?
Whenever suits your day: in the morning, before or after training, on long walks or hot days, during a fast, or after a late night out. Most customers have one scoop a day.
How long does a tub last?
Each 420 g tub contains 60 scoops of 7 g, so two months at one scoop a day.
Can I take it if I have a medical condition?
Please talk to your doctor first if you have kidney problems, have been told to limit potassium or sodium, take medication (for example for blood pressure), or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
